# **Terms **

Last reviewed: April 2026. These terms govern use of this storefront website, account features, cart, and related platform interface.

Mandatory consumer, data protection, platform, and local law rights continue to apply and are not limited by these terms.

## **1) Scope **

These terms apply to the Forge Mods storefront interface operated from Germany and hosted in West Europe for users worldwide.

They do not replace Tebex checkout terms, creator content terms, platform-wide terms, or mandatory laws that apply in your country.

## **2) Purchases and seller role **

Forge Mods provides the storefront interface and related account features. Forge Mods is not the seller of creator content, not Merchant of Record, and not responsible for checkout payment processing, tax calculation, refund processing, chargebacks, subscription billing, or delivery of purchased creator content.

Tebex Limited acts as Merchant of Record for purchases made through checkout. The purchase contract, payment terms, tax handling, refund rules, and billing support are governed by Tebex checkout terms and any mandatory consumer law.

## **3) Refunds and billing support **

Refund requests, withdrawal handling where available, subscriptions, taxes, charge handling, invoices, and billing support are handled by Tebex.

If you need billing support, use Tebex support channels referenced in Tebex terms.

For digital content, statutory withdrawal rights may be affected once performance begins with the required consent and acknowledgement, depending on the law that applies to you. Mandatory rights, including EU consumer conformity and remedies where applicable, remain unaffected.

## **4) Support for content **

Content support is provided by the creator content provider: **Mrs.BzZz**.

Creators are responsible for the legality, accuracy, compatibility, descriptions, media, updates, support promises, and delivery instructions for their listed content. Forge Mods does not pre-approve all creator content and does not assume responsibility for creator statements or third-party intellectual property rights.

## **5) Acceptable use **

- No abuse of systems, automation abuse, or attempts to bypass protections.
- No illegal content, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized account access.
- No attempts to interfere with platform integrity or security.
- No infringement of third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
- No misuse of reporting, review, support, or checkout flows.

## **6) Reporting and moderation **

Illegal content, intellectual property complaints, unsafe content, misleading listings, and other policy issues can be reported through the reporting channel below.

Forge Mods may restrict, remove, suspend, or forward reported content where required by law, platform rules, security needs, or third-party service requirements. Where applicable, affected users may receive a statement of reasons and may contest moderation decisions through the provided contact or reporting channel.

## **7) Availability and liability **

The storefront is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every game server setup, or permanent access to third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, Forge Mods is not liable for creator content, creator support, payment processing, tax handling, refunds, chargebacks, delivery or fulfilment of purchased content, third-party services, or losses caused by misuse of the storefront.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death, personal injury, fraud, mandatory product or consumer liability, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

## **8) Language and applicable framework **

Governing language: English.

These terms are interpreted under German law and generally applicable EU consumer and platform law principles, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
