# **Refunds Policy**

By purchasing from this storefront, you automatically accept the following terms. Please review them carefully.

## **1. Terms of Sale**

When using this site, you are purchasing from Tebex Limited and NOT directly from Mrs.BzZz. Tebex Limited has the exclusive license to sell our products.

All digital software and items provided are licensed, not sold. This license grants you limited rights to use the software personally, and only against the account originally used for purchase.

#### **License Restrictions**

You may not:

- **01.** Reverse engineer or decompile scripts.
- **02.** Share scripts or upload to public websites.
- **03.** Resell or redistribute any asset.
- **04.** Use assets on accounts other than the buyer's.

Violations will result in license revocation and may lead to your Cfx.re account being reported or banned.

## **2. Refund Policy**

#### **Refunds are not offered by default**

Refunds are not offered by default for digital goods. Tebex Limited is the Merchant of Record for checkout and is responsible for billing support, refund handling, and any dispute path under the Tebex Checkout T&Cs. The creator may, in individual cases and at its sole discretion, discuss a refund request as a gesture of goodwill. Any goodwill refund is discretionary, never guaranteed, and must be discussed individually with support.

#### **Non-Refundable Cases**

- Subscription packages are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. You can cancel your subscription at any time; no further payments will be taken, there are no fees or minimum terms, and cancellation revokes access to any packages within the subscription.
- Digital goods and one-time resource purchases are not refundable by default because access can be delivered immediately.
- If you would like to dispute a payment for a subscription purchase, contact Tebex Limited as Merchant of Record.

#### **Refund Request Denial**

We reserve the right to deny a refund request at any time, for any reason. Reasons include, but are not limited to:

- • Resources that have been transferred.
- • Inability to verify your purchase.
- • Personal error, including being logged into the wrong account, buying the same product twice, or making an accidental purchase.
- • Refusal to accept support or cooperate with our efforts to resolve the issue.

## **3. Tebex Merchant Terms**

Tebex Limited is the Merchant of Record and owns and operates checkout. Tebex handles product fulfilment, billing support, refund handling, and tax compliance. Due to the nature of digital goods, Tebex Limited does not offer refunds for purchases made on the platform except where required by applicable law or the Tebex Checkout T&Cs. ## **4. Support & Community**

Support is provided 7 days a week primarily via Discord.

#### **Eligibility**

Support is exclusive to verified customers. Leaked, stolen, or resold copies are not eligible for support. You must remain in the Discord to qualify for lifetime support.

#### **Zero-Tolerance Conduct Policy**

We maintain a strictly professional environment. Rudeness or abusive behavior toward our team will result in immediate support refusal, blacklisting from tickets, or permanent server bans. You will lose access to product support under these circumstances.
