This storefront does not directly provide buyer personal data to creators through this UI unless a feature, support request, legal obligation, or fulfilment workflow requires it. Please contact platform legal support. ## **2) Data we process ** - Account data (user id, email). - Authentication data from connected login providers, including Discord identifiers where used. - Cart data (items added to cart). - Purchase events (purchase status events). - Transaction identifiers (transaction ids / basket identifiers). - Support and legal contact data when you contact us or submit a report. - Technical data such as IP address, request metadata, browser/device information, security logs, and cookie or local storage identifiers. - Usage analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics ), where enabled. ## **3) Purposes and legal bases ** - Provide storefront services, user accounts, login, cart, checkout handoff, digital access records, and purchase history (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). - Security and fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). - Analytics and service improvement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). - Respond to support, legal, and content reports (Art. 6(1)(b), Art. 6(1)(c), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on the request). - Comply with legal obligations, enforce terms, preserve evidence, and answer lawful authority requests (Art. 6(1)(c) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our legitimate interests include service security, abuse prevention, error diagnosis, product improvement, content reporting, legal claim handling, and reliable operation of the storefront. ## **4) Recipients / processors ** - Cloudflare (analytics, CDN, security). - Tebex (checkout and payment processing). - Our hosting providers. - Authentication, infrastructure, support, legal, tax, and professional service providers where needed. - Competent authorities, courts, complainants, rights holders, or affected users where required by law or necessary to handle reports and legal claims. ## **5) Retention ** - Cart events, security logs, and analytics logs are kept for a limited period based on operational, security, and legal needs. - Account data is retained while the account exists and then deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for legal claims, security, tax, or compliance reasons. - Purchase events and transaction identifiers are retained to provide account purchase history, support access, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. - Reports, legal requests, and dispute records are retained for the period needed to handle the matter and protect legal rights. ## **6) Your rights ** You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting previous lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority in the EU, including the German authority responsible for the controller's place of establishment. If privacy laws outside the EEA grant you additional rights, contact us and we will handle the request as required by applicable law. Some data is required to provide accounts, checkout handoff, security, support, or legal compliance. If required data is not provided, affected features may not work. ## **7) International transfers ** Core storefront hosting is intended to remain in West Europe. Some processors, third-party services, support providers, or analytics providers may process data outside the EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, supplementary measures, or another lawful transfer mechanism. ## **8) Automated decisions ** We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects for users in the storefront. Security, fraud, ranking, recommendation, and analytics systems may assist operational decisions, but material disputes can be reviewed through support or the reporting channel. ## **9) Children and regional privacy rights ** The storefront is not intended for children who cannot lawfully use online checkout or account services in their country without required parental consent.
